Using a family doctor-oriented approach, the centre values building long-lasting relationships with patients, prioritising their well-being and comfort. Whether for routine check-ups or specialised care, patients can expect services tailored to their needs at the Third Floor Medical Centre. We also have many Arabic speaking team members to make it as easy as possible for our Arab patients to access the care they need.
Our mission is to provide an excellent, high quality health experience for all our patients. Our team are fully trained and compliant with NHS confidentiality policies and all mandatory training. We regularly run in-house team based training to improve our service to our patient population.

Our Practice is part of the St Johns Wood & Maida Vale Primary Care Network (PCN)
There are 1,250 PCNs across England based on GP registered patient lists, typically serving natural communities of between 30,000 to 50,000 people. PCNs bring together GP Practices, community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services. St Johns Wood & Maida Vale PCN’s vision is to provide accessible and high-quality healthcare while maximising NHS resources and reducing barriers.
