The Third Floor Lanark Medical Centre is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and services to the community it serves. With a professional and modern approach, the Practice ensures patients receive the right medical attention in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Using a family doctor-oriented approach, the centre values building long-lasting relationships with patients, prioritising their well-being and comfort. Whether for routine check-ups or specialised care, patients can expect services tailored to their needs at the Third Floor Medical Centre. We also have many Arabic speaking team members to make it as easy as possible for our Arab patients to access the care they need.

Our mission is to provide an excellent, high quality health experience for all our patients. Our team are fully trained and compliant with NHS confidentiality policies and all mandatory training. We regularly run in-house team based training to improve our service to our patient population.

The Friends and Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test was created to help Practices better understand if their patients are happy with the services provided. We want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.

Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.
